Return & Exchange Policy

At Nessa G Step Out On It Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered. Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Returns We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges We offer exchanges on eligible items. Because our inventory includes many one-of-a-kind pieces, an exact exchange may not always be available. In that case, store credit will be offered.

Shipping Costs Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
